W te wakacje "Orliki" nie zwalniają tempa

Fajna zabawa zamiast wakacyjnej nudy, sport w różnych odsłonach i okazja do wspólnej aktywności. MOSiR Kędzierzyn-Koźle realizuje cykl „Aktywny Orlik 2026”, który łączy ćwiczenia, zdrowe nawyki i integrację mieszkańców. Bezpłatne wydarzenia mają pokazać, że dobra forma nie wymaga profesjonalnego treningu, a wolny czas można spędzać w ruchu niezależnie od wieku i poziomu sprawności.

Na realizację pięciu imprez plenerowych miasto pozyskało dofinansowanie z Ministerstwa Sportu i Turystyki w ramach programu „Aktywny Orlik”. Przyznana dotacja wynosi 20 tysięcy złotych.

Trzecia odsłona projektu odbędzie się w najbliższą niedzielę (19.07), na obiekcie przy ul. 9 Maja. „Orlik Fitness Day” rozpocznie się o godz. 15.00 od porad dietetyka, a następnie uczestników czekają ladies dance, trening BUP, joga oraz mini wyzwania sportowe. Wszystkie zajęcia są darmowe.
