W Kędzierzynie-Koźlu oficjalne obchody upamiętniające rocznicę uchwalenia Konstytucji z 1791 roku zorganizowano przy pomniku Józefa Piłsudskiego.
W uroczystościach wzięli udział przedstawiciele władz parlamentarnych, samorządowych, służb mundurowych, organizacji społecznych oraz mieszkańcy.
Wydarzenie ubogacił koncert pieśni patriotycznych w wykonaniu nagradzanego na wielu festiwalach Chóru „Echo Kresów”.
