Wojskowe jeepy szturmem wzięły Blachownię

Dzięki stowarzyszeniu „Blechhammer-1944” i Radzie Osiedla Blachownia schron przy ul. Zwycięstwa zmienił się w wehikuł czasu!
Zaparkowało tam kilkanaście kultowych wojskowych pojazdów skupionych wokół „Szwadronu Skorpion”, a swój obóz rozbili powstańcy śląscy ze stowarzyszenia „Grupa Rekonstrukcji Historycznych Piechota Heer”. Na miejscu można było zwiedzić także szpital polowy oraz zasmakować żołnierskiej grochówki. Odwiedzający mogli także obejrzeć znajdującą się w schronie wystawę dotycząca powietrznej „Bitwy o Benzynę” rozegranej nad Kędzierzynem-Koźlem w czasach II Wojny Światowej.
