Zasadzili nowy las

Krwiodawcy, organizacje pozarządowe, harcerze, samorządowcy i chętni mieszkańcy. Łącznie ponad setka osób. Wszyscy wspólnie sadzili nowy las w okolicach Białego Ługu na osiedlu Piastów-Powstańców Śląskich.
Na terenie ponad 4 hektarów przybyło 30 tysięcy sadzonek sosny mikoryzowanej, czyli specjalnie zasilonej grzybnią symbiotyczną. Do zespołowej pracy na rzecz terenów zielonych zaprosiło Nadleśnictwo Kędzierzyn. Sił wszystkim wolontariuszom dodały niesamowita atmosfera i przepyszne kiełbaski.
