Pięściarze „Chemika” Kędzierzyn-Koźle mają wiele powodów do zadowolenia. Dokładnie siedem, bo właśnie tyle medali przywieźli z V Mistrzostw Opolszczyzny w Boksie Olimpijskim Kobiet i Mężczyzn w Nysie.
Podczas zawodów w ringu stanęło około sześćdziesięciu zawodników z ośmiu klubów z regionu. Siedmiu spośród nich wystawiło Towarzystwo Sportowe „Chemik” Kędzierzyn-Koźle. Żaden z reprezentantów naszego miasta nie opuścił Nysy z pustymi rękami. Łączne przywieźli oni ze sobą trzy złote (Dominik Przywara, Jakub Krysiak, Kamil Krysiak), dwa srebrne (Marek Roszkowski, Jakub Kremser) i dwa brązowe medale (Marek Hudzik, Rafał Jędraszczyk).
