To najprawdopodobniej jedno z najsympatyczniejszych nietypowych świąt w ciągu całego roku. W tym tygodniu przypada Dzień Życzliwości! Maluchy z Publicznego Przedszkola nr 21 ruszyły w miasto, aby podzielić się uśmiechem z mieszkańcami Kędzierzyna-Koźla.
Kolorowy pochód z balonami dotarł również do Urzędu Miasta. Z dziećmi spotkała się prezydent Sabina Nowosielska, która otrzymała wyjątkowy słoik pełen życzliwych słów i zwrotów na każdy dzień.
