Zmiany w budżecie wymagają zgody rajców. Lipcowe posiedzenie Rady Miasta Kędzierzyn-Koźle ograniczy się tylko do tego punktu. Nadzwyczajne posiedzenie zwołano z inicjatywy prezydent Sabiny Nowosielskiej.
Radni będą musieli podjąć decyzję dotyczącą finansowania inwestycji, na które gmina skutecznie pozyskała dofinansowanie.
