Podczas spotkania z mieszkańcami Rogów prezydent Sabina Nowosielska zadeklarowała po tysiąc złotych dla tych, którzy ucierpieli w wyniku nawałnicy. Pieniądze do jutra rana ma wypłacić Miejski Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej w Kędzierzynie-Koźlu, będą dowożone lub przelewane na konta.
Pracownicy MOPS-u od rana przeprowadzają w Rogach wywiady środowiskowe, które muszą poprzedzić wypłaty. Obok nich pracuje miejski zespół do szacowania szkód. Decyzja o dalszej pomocy miasta zapadnie po zakończeniu prac przez urzędników.
