Liczbą etapów prześcignęli nawet słynne Tour de Pologne! Cykliści startujący w ramach "Odrzańskiego Touru" w ciągu całego roku ścigali się aż 11 razy. Cykl imprez kolarskich rozgrywanych na Opolszczyźnie rozpoczął się i zakończył w Kędzierzynie-Koźlu. To tu odbyła się również uroczysta gala podsumowująca.
W ten wyjątkowy sposób nagrodzono najbardziej wyróżniających się i aktywnych zawodników, którzy rywalizowali zarówno na szosie, w przełajach, jak i w formule MTB. „Odrzański Tour” zorganizowali Fundacja Odrzańskie Konsorcjum, Klub Sportowy Koziołek oraz Ludowy Uczniowski Klub Sportowy "Rospondek" z Żyrowej.
