W tym roku obchodzimy milenium Królestwa Polskiego. Koronacja Bolesława Chrobrego w 1025 roku jest jednym z najbardziej przełomowych momentów w dziejach naszego państwa. O tym niezwykle ważnym wydarzeniu przypomina nowa wystawa, która stanęła w Muzeum Ziemi Kozielskiej.
Otwarcie ekspozycji było połączone z wykładem Bolesława Bezega. Historyk podczas swojej prelekcji zabrał słuchaczy w podróż do wczesnośredniowiecznej Europy. Przypomniał jak 1000 lat temu wyglądały granice naszej ojczyzny, jaka była jej polityka, bogactwa i problemy.
