Kędzierzyn-Koźle uczcił obchody Narodowego Dnia Pamięci o Ofiarach Ludobójstwa dokonanego przez ukraińskich nacjonalistów na obywatelach II Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.
Znicze i biało-czerwone wieńce złożono pod pamiątkową tablicą znajdującą się na ścianie PSP nr 12 przy ul. Piramowicza. Artystyczną oprawę wydarzenia zapewnił chór Echo Kresów, który swoją twórczością kultywuje historię, kulturę i pamięć o Wołyniu i Galicji Wschodniej.
