Szkolenia z samoobrony dla kobiet

Ministerstwo Obrony Narodowej zaprasza kobiety na bezpłatne szkolenia z zakresu samoobrony. W trakcie ośmiu spotkań prowadzonych od listopada 2016 r. do czerwca 2017 r. w wyznaczonych jednostkach wojskowych instruktorzy nauczą panie podstawowych technik, chwytów i obezwładnień z zakresu samoobrony. Na Opolszczyźnie szkolenia takie będą przeprowadzane w Opolu i Brzegu.
