Ten klub to duma naszego miasta

To dzięki tej drużynie Kędzierzyn-Koźle nazywany jest stolicą polskiej siatkówki. Dawny Mostostal, a dzisiejsza Grupa Azoty ZAKSA obchodzi jubileusz 25-lecia istnienia klubu. Ośmiokrotny mistrz Polski hucznie świętował swoje urodziny.
W hali "Azoty" na kibiców czekało wiele niespodzianek. W programie znalazło się spotkanie z gwiazdami, oficjalna prezentacja składu przed nowym sezonem oraz mecz towarzyski z Polonią Londyn z legendarnym Gibą w składzie.
Siatkarską sobotę poprzedziła wielka jubileuszowa gala w hotelu „Solidaris”. Ta wyjątkowa uroczystość była okazją do wyróżnienia największych sportowych legend zespołu, sponsorów oraz parterów. Pamiątkowy medal dla miasta Kędzierzyn-Koźle z rąk prezesa Sebastiana Świderskiego odebrała prezydent Sabina Nowosielska. Symbolicznym prezentem dla klubu od wszystkich mieszkańców była rzeźba koziołka, która stanęła przed halą mistrzów Polski.
