Już od 50 lat tę drogę przemierzają pary z Kędzierzyna-Koźla, które odebrały z rąk prezydent Sabiny Nowosielskiej odznaczenia za długoletnie pożycie małżeńskie, nadawane przez Prezydenta Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.
Medale odebrali: Kazimiera i Mieczysław Kusiak, Małgorzata i Kazimierz Wojtala, Stanisława i Bronisław Seemann.
