Popłynęli po medale

Pierwsza runda Mini Grand Prix Opolszczyzny w pływaniu odbyła się w Kędzierzynie-Koźlu. Wzięło w niej udział 247 zawodników z 19 klubów z województw opolskiego, śląskiego i dolnośląskiego. Gospodarze godnie stawili czoła licznej konkurencji i wywalczyli aż 32 medale.
Swim Team MOSiR Kędzierzyn-Kozle reprezentowało aż 45 zawodników. Zdobyli oni 13 złotych, 9 srebrnych i 10 brązowych krążków. Te sukcesy zapewniły drużynie wysokie, drugie miejsce w klasyfikacji medalowej.
Zawody organizowane przy współpracy z Miejskim Ośrodkiem Sportu i Rekreacji objęła honorowym patronatem prezydent miasta Sabina Nowosielska.
