Jak nie dać „wnuczkowi” czy „policjantowi” żadnych szans? Prostą instrukcję „obsługi” przestępcy w formie zakładki do książki rozpowszechnił wśród seniorów urząd miasta.
Treści pomogły przygotować policja i straż miejska. 4 tys. ulotek trafiły do domów dziennego pobytu i uniwersytetów trzeciego wieku. Zakładki są też rozdawane podczas patroli.
