Na cmentarzu komunalnym na osiedlu Kuźniczka powstanie kolejna przestrzeń pamięci. Właśnie przekazano plac budowy pod sześć murów kolumbariowych. Okazuje się, że mieszkańcy Kędzierzyna-Koźla coraz częściej decydują się na pochówek urnowy.
Nowe obiekty zostały zaprojektowane z myślą o estetyce nekropolii i będą spójne z charakterem otoczenia. W wyznaczonej kwaterze powstanie około 300 dodatkowych nisz. Mur kolumbarium obłożony zostanie płytami granitowymi i podświetlony reflektorami. Dopełnieniem inwestycji będzie mała infrastruktura w postaci ławek i nasadzeń zieleni.
