Czerwone czapki na trasie

Parkowe alejki zaroiły się od czerwonych czapek, swetrów z reniferami i szerokich uśmiechów.Wśród uczestników nie zabrakło nawet samego Mikołaja i jego elfiej ekipy.
Na starcie parkrun Kędzierzyn-Koźle stanęli biegacze, kijkarze i spacerowicze. Wszyscy po to, by aktywnie uczcić grudniowe święto i przypomnieć, że ruch to zdrowie, a zdrowie to najlepszy prezent, jaki można sobie dać.
Trasa jak zawsze liczyła 5 km, ale tym razem każdy krok pachniał świętami, a to za sprawą cynamonek, gorącej czekolady i słodkości czekających na mecie.
