Kevin Metel złotym medalistą Pucharu Polski w zapasach

UKS "Olimpijczyk" kuźnią sportowych talentów. Do grona utytułowanych zapaśników z Kędzierzyna-Koźla dołączył Kevin Metel. To kolejny po Piotrze Duku zawodnik, który odnosi ogólnopolskie sukcesy.
Podopieczny trenera Bogusława Metela zdobył złoty medal w Pucharze Polski Kadetów w Warszawie. W całym turnieju nasz zawodnik stracił zaledwie dwa punkty i to dopiero w walce finałowej.
Łącznie na macie rywalizowało aż 212 zawodników z 55 klubów. Puchar Polski Kadetów był jednocześnie kwalifikacją do Ogólnopolskiej Olimpiady Młodzieży, która w maju odbędzie się w Janowie Lubelskim.
